Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short. Every account gets a free trial before paying, purchases are one-time mailbox packs (no subscription), and if a paid pack doesn't work as described you can request a refund within 14 days. The details are below.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how trials, purchases, cancellations, and refunds work for Mailwynx. It forms part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, that law prevails.

1. Try before you buy

Every new account can start a free trial before paying anything. The trial lets you run unlimited dry-run previews — which report exactly what a migration would move, without writing anything — and complete up to three real mailbox migrations free. It is the best way to confirm Mailwynx does what you need. We strongly encourage you to evaluate Mailwynx during the trial before purchasing.

2. What you're buying

Mailwynx is sold as a one-time purchase of a mailbox-migration pack that never expires (for example, 100 mailboxes or 300 mailboxes per pack, per the pricing page). Packs top up the same license key. It is not a recurring subscription, so there is nothing to auto-renew and no recurring charge to cancel.

3. Cancelling before you buy

Because the trial does not require payment and does not auto-convert to a paid plan, you can simply stop using Mailwynx once you've used your free mailboxes — no cancellation step and no charge. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@mailwynx.com.

4. Refunds

We want you to be happy with Mailwynx. If something isn't working as described, contact us first — most issues are quick to resolve. Beyond that:

14-day refund window. If you purchased a license and it does not work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to request. Email support@mailwynx.com from the address on your order, with your order/payment reference and a short note on the problem.
How it's paid. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund. Your license key is deactivated and you must stop using and remove the software.

5. EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days without giving a reason. Note that this right can be lost once supply of digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. Where the right applies, contact support@mailwynx.com to exercise it. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

6. When a refund may not apply

Refunds are intended for cases where the product does not work as described. We may decline a refund where, for example, the request is made outside the window, the license has been shared or abused in breach of the EULA, or the issue is caused by factors outside the software (such as a third-party provider's outage or misconfigured credentials) that we have offered to help resolve. We handle requests reasonably and in line with applicable law.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being deactivated pending resolution.
